The Adapt or Die Collective Purchase Policies

Fulfillment Policy: Upon notification of payment for a coaching service, you will receive an email from Coach Joe within 24-48 business hours to set up your consultation.

Privacy Policy: All personal information and payment information are accessible only by The AoD  Collective employees and are housed in protected websites including Stripe (online payment) and Convertkit (Online CRM software). Information is never shared with any third party vendors outside of the two listed.

Refund Policy: Refunds for coaching services will only be rendered on a case-by-case basis and only prior to services being initiated. Once a consultation has been completed there is no refund to the client.

Subscription Refunds: Subscription based coaching must be canceled within 15 days of auto-renew via an email sent to info@theaodcollective.com or by managing the subscription in your individual client portal. Please contact us with questions or if any difficulties arise with cancellation of subscription services.
